Homicides
Spong Advocaten has extensive experience in providing assistance in murder and manslaughter cases but also in traffic cases in which (fatal) victims are to be mourned. Was there an accident, self-defence or premeditation? These are difficult legal questions in which our lawyers regularly manage to convince the judge. In life crimes, perhaps even more than in other criminal cases, it is crucial that the accused receives assistance from an experienced criminal lawyer.
Spong Advocaten is a highly experienced and high-quality criminal law firm. The firm distinguishes itself through a legally astute approach that combines thorough preparation of criminal cases with decisive action in court. Our lawyers specialise in criminal law and assist both suspects and victims, at home and abroad, in large and small cases, on an ad hoc and fee basis. Assistance is provided before courts, tribunals, disciplinary tribunals, the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
At Spong Advocaten, we are committed to helping you, regardless of the complexity of your case. Our dedicated team is ready to work hard for you and ensure you get the support and expertise you need.
